November Days

I don't know why but I've always loved November. I think it might be the coming of winter and Christmas that warms my heart each year. Or perhaps its becasue its my beautiful son's birth month.... hard to believe he's 12 already... or maybe it's just that November is a special month in it's own right. the way all months are special. It's crisp fall days.... first snowfalls of the season.... pumpkin pie and warm apple cider. It's pulling out the cable knit fisherman sweater and cocooning yourself in wool scarves to hit the shopping malls and cozy blankets for chilly nights at home with a great book. I love toasting my feet on the heater pouring out warm air while fervently typing my next best seller, between sips of hot chocolate or mocha lattes. Whatever the reason... though likely a combination of all the above, I love November and I couldn't let this special month go by without a post. I invite you to enjoy it while it lasts too!
